- You want to further develop TransaCard into a customer community and loyalty platform across all touchpoints and channels? Of course.
- The strategic and functional design of the new platform and its integration into a newly created Transa Community excites you? Sure.
- The technical product owner role in implementing the new software as well as executing loyalty, client happiness, and community measures appeals to you? Perfect.
- Customer Lifetime Value, CSAT, NPS, or promos and couponing are not foreign words to you? Great.
- You find it easy to link CRM, CX, and loyalty in digital and brick-and-mortar retail and have a strong understanding of data and people? Top.
- Anticipating trends and designing and implementing corresponding developments, as well as trying out new approaches, is your thing? Awesome.
- Self-organized work and thinking patterns are your superpower? Even better.

- Customer happiness is your drive and you are enthusiastic about building a community and CRM. On top of that, you have a noticeable interest in data-driven and digital marketing, automation, and customer journeys.
- Your experience in customer relation management, loyalty, and CX as well as your doer mentality is evident in your profile.
- Designing and further developing a loyalty platform in the PO role is your home and your mindset is digital.
- You are familiar with customer experience as well as omni-channel marketing.
- You enjoy working with data analysts, marketing automation, and partnership specialists and are a marketer at heart.
