Your main activities
You take full responsibility for a logistics perimeter, ensure operational performance, develop the team, and implement the necessary tools, flows, and indicators to support continuous improvement and the department's vision.
- Manage, train, recruit, and support the perimeter team.
- Ensure exemplary safety and compliance.
- Develop and optimize logistics flows, processes, and tools.
- Create, analyze, and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Guarantee transparent communication.
Your profile
- Logistics specialist diploma, business process ES, federal logistics certificate, or equivalent training
- Proven experience in managing a logistics team
- Practical knowledge of SAP
- Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English and/or German
- Goal-oriented vision, priority management, and problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement orientation
- Exemplary behavior and vision for employee development
