Skills
- Completed commercial training; 3 years in customer service required.
- Fluent in German and another language; MS Office proficient.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and communicative approach.

Customer Advisor Customer Center (80%)
Your role with us
- Contact point for written, telephone, and personal inquiries
- Sales and customer advice on the entire TNW tariff range, specific sales of national products
- Receipt of orders and processing of debtor invoices
- Handling lost property, simple inquiries about ticket checks and U-subscription support
- Work deployment 4 days per week (including Saturdays)
This is how you convince us
- Completed commercial training, 3 years of professional experience with direct customer contact
- Very good knowledge of the German language as well as at least one other foreign language
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite
- Customer-oriented, independent working style
- Communicative and friendly appearance
