We are looking for a Chef EFZ (m/f) for a staff restaurant in the Aarau area.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Chef EFZ (m/f) for a staff restaurant in the Aarau area.
- Daily sandwich production
- Providing items for sale
- Sales in the morning snack area and staff restaurant including billing
- Preparations for the lunch service
- Service itself / control as well as follow-up work according to weekly special rotation - work plan cleaning tasks according to programmes as well as general cleaning tasks including pan office
- Providing and delivering consumables including recording consumption
- Preparations and production in the kitchen
- Responsibility for the respective station
- Compliance with operational regulations and HACCP
- Appearance, adherence to occupational safety requirements
- Orders: daily and weekly (storeroom, milk, bread, frozen goods receipt according to specifications)
- Assistance in training apprentices (completed trainer course)
- Working hours Mon-Fri - 06:00 - 15:00
- Completed training as a chef
- Resilient even in hectic situations
- Neat appearance
- Good physical condition
- Good organisational skills
- Service-oriented and responsible thinking and acting
- Helpful, communicative, empathetic, neat, open-minded, flexible regarding working hours (banquets)
- Flexible regarding deployment on all stations (morning snack service, casserole chef)
