Due to an internal advancement of our existing team leader in the legal service, Team ZRH2, this position has become available. We are looking for a strong personality with pronounced leadership skills and strong communication abilities. With you as team leader, we demonstrate the high value of legal protection and create an attractive working environment for our employees.

- You bear the operational responsibility for Team 2, currently with 18 employees in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- You contribute with the team to achieving the legal service goals and ensure an excellent customer experience
- You analyze, manage, and develop the team by consistently using data and promoting the use of new technologies
- You promote cross-team development of the legal service as well as the employees
- You maintain a good network within AXA and in the legal industry
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a completed BSc in Business Law or MLaw from a Swiss university and bring several years of insurance experience, ideally in claims
- You are an empathetic and experienced leader and able to maintain stakeholder management at a high level
- You bring strong analytical skills as well as interconnected thinking, assertiveness, pronounced social competence, and a confident appearance
- You have a high degree of initiative, motivation, communicative flair, and the willingness to learn and test new things daily
- You have business fluent German skills. French and English skills are an advantage
