We are looking for a maternity cover for our Business Support department, limited until December 2026 asClerk: Administration 60-100%
(Working days: generally Wednesday to Friday at 60% workload)
Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring flawless customer contact at reception and the telephone switchboard (08:00-17:00)
- Hub for administrative and organizational concerns for our project managers
- Participation in the internal project for quality management certification
- Collaboration in accounts receivable/payable accounting
- Management of the project and customer database (Vertec)
- Support of our office facility management
- Assistance to the marketing team with mailings and events
You have:
- a commercial education or further training with several years of professional experience in an SME
- knowledge and/or further training in financial accounting
- a proficient handling of MS Office, with additional knowledge in Abacus being a great plus
- organizational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations and to find solutions independently
- a communicative, humorous, and team-oriented personality with confident German skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are an advantage
- enjoyment of independent, efficient, and responsible work as well as enthusiasm for new topics
