What you bring:
Completed basic training in the automotive industry
Experience as a parts service advisor in the automotive industry
Experience with the brands Nissan, Skoda and/or Volvo is an advantage
Good manners, professional customer interaction
High commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills
Sales flair and entrepreneurial thinking
Your tasks are:
Complete inventory management
Manage and control warehouse work and goods receipt
Ensure an orderly warehouse operation according to importer standards
Optimize the spare parts warehouse including periodic inventories
Personal and telephone customer advice
Warranty processing
Creating offers, orders, and invoices
Implementation of marketing activities at the front
Monitoring and compliance with quality standards
Active sales to achieve sales targets
Assistance in training apprentices
