Mechanic (3-shift) m/f/d 100%
In this versatile position, you are responsible for the professional maintenance of our cigarette production lines and independently carry out necessary maintenance and repair work.
Your main tasks
- Ensuring smooth operation of the assigned production facilities
- Leading the respective machine group while adhering to the set goals
- Responsible for compliance with production management and quality standards
- Performing maintenance, service, and repair work including preventive maintenance
- Assisting with projects in the machine hall as well as developing proposals for improving machine performance
- Co-responsible for training and supporting employees on the machines
Your qualifications and work experience
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic (poly, machine, auto, or agricultural mechanic) or automation technician
- Work experience in production technology and/or facility maintenance
- Experience in process control and automation, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, spoken English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts is required (rotating early shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, late shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and night shift from 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
