Accounting Clerk ASM 50 - 60%<br/>(limited for 12 months) 50 - 60%

For the Finance and Accounting Department, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

• Managing the cash register, checking the cash balance and reconciling with the cash accounting
• Managing accounts payable including payment transactions and maintaining master data in SAP (across locations)
• Support in the general ledger area
• Support in dunning including pre- and post-processing
• Creating customer invoices and installment agreements
• Processing the finance accounting mailboxes
• General administrative tasks
• Support and representation of team members (at the Menziken and Leuggern locations)

• Commercial basic training as well as professional experience in accounting, ideally in healthcare or a comparable institution
• Completed further training as an accounting clerk (or still in training) is an advantage
• Precise, efficient and independent working as well as quick comprehension
• Very good MS Office and SAP skills
