• Coordination between the internal IT department, the specialist departments, and the SAP partner
• Support, optimization, and further development of business processes in SAP Business One
• Management of change requests as well as active participation in projects in the SAP environment
• Analysis and implementation of changes
• Responsibility for the further development of the SAP user and authorization concept
• Perform customizing and create and implement specifications for developments in SAP Business One
• Support key users through training and general user support including documentation
• Support, further development, and conceptualization of SAP applications and interfaces
• Participation in planned projects or customer extension projects
• 2nd/3rd level support for SAP Business One
• Develop and manage requirements and solution proposals together with the specialist departments as well as consulting
• Participation in and management of projects

• Completed IT training or an equivalent further education
• Professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally with SAP Business One
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Windows environments, and interface technologies is an advantage
• Broad technical IT knowledge, hands-on mentality, and a high willingness to learn
• Several years of professional, process-related, and customizing experience in SAP Business One
• Strong customer orientation, precise and independent working style
• Knowledge in dealing with data models and data analysis
• Motivated, reliable, and ability to quickly recognize connections
• Solid professional experience in complex SME IT environments
• Familiar with modern system architecture concepts, technologies, and implementation methods
• Very good German skillsin spoken and written form
