- Support of the main customer as well as internal / external customers and accompaniment of the entire disposal process in cooperation with specialists
- Preparation of calculations, annual and detailed planning as well as relevant evaluations and final reports
- Review and coordination of offers in cooperation with the BID team
- Ensuring compliance with all customer agreements and reports
- Booking and plausibility check of machine and working hours as well as completion of production orders
- Interface to production, production planning, quality management; participation in projects and SAP HANA implementation
- Budget preparation, archiving (physical/digital) and ensuring representation in the order management team
This is what you bring with you
- Professional training with commercial or business management further education at CAS/NDS level or university (HF/FH/Uni)
- Several years of professional experience in order management, project management, program management or similar functions
- Very good MS Office skills, as well as good SAP S4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
- German language skills in spoken and written form (C1), as well as good English skills
- Knowledge in handling explosives is an advantage
- Networked entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and assertiveness as well as a fast and precise way of working
