• You are the central contact person for Swiss Life Select advisors in French and German
• You handle customer orders and ensure that everything is processed correctly and efficiently.
• Administrative support for advisors, the service center, and the bank in the investment and pension area are among your core tasks
• You actively contribute to the further development of our processes

• You have very good French and German skills, both spoken and written
• You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification – complemented by several years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on the investment sector
• You bring sound expertise in the areas of pensions, insurance, and investments
• You convince with a professional approach to different stakeholders – both internal and external
• Service orientation, clear communication, and independent action characterize you
• Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and score with resilience and personal responsibility
