Specialist in Operational Accounting and Controlling 80%
We are looking for an experienced person as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement
In this hub function, you are responsible for the financial management and controlling of the diverse infrastructure and workshop operations.
What to expect:
- You manage operational and asset accounting and ensure the budgeting process and correct postings (investment and income statement)
- You prepare the calculation of regulated tariffs including price supervisor reporting
- You monitor investment projects, conduct credit control, and prepare credit settlements in collaboration with project managers
- You further develop controlling tools and key figure systems
- You show willingness to represent team members in their functions
What distinguishes you:
- Completed studies (FH/HF) with a focus on finance/controlling or commercial training with a federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of accounting according to HRM 2
- Strong IT affinity, especially in MS Office (Excel) and ideally Abacus
- High analytical understanding, structured and precise working style
- Organizational talent, communication skills, team orientation, and assertiveness
