Your Tasks
- Support in basic nursing care in all clinical areas, based on nursing standards
- Creation of nursing documentation
- Ensuring smooth and patient-related information flow to the nursing team
- Conducting patient observation
- Recognizing and implementing prophylactic measures
- Determining and documenting vital functions
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
- Social competence
