Tasks
- Responsible for the operational management of the cleaning sub-area with approx. 15 employees
- Creating the daily schedule in the assigned team
- Planning and organizing maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning
- Training and monitoring quality and hygiene standards
- Participation in projects in cooperation with the cleaning team management
- Support in optimizing process workflows and services in cleaning
- Practical work in the cleaning departments, including AquaZone
- Employee discussions
Profile
- Certified building cleaner or certified specialist in housekeeping
- Leadership experience in an equivalent position and enthusiasm for leadership tasks in the cleaning sector
- Integrity and high self- and social competence
- Conceptual, structured, and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good PC skills (Office, ECDL)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Flexibility, high sense of responsibility, and pronounced team player
- Communicative skills and strong customer awareness
