In our Real Estate department, we manage, build, and maintain the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank with over 100 colleagues. Together with you, we want to shape the future. Our reception team is the first point of contact for customers at the CC locations. Customer needs and service culture are constantly evolving, which is why the hospitality and service mindset is the focus and more important than ever. Together with you, we inspire our customers every day with high-quality and professional service, fulfill their wishes, create experiences, and provide reliable and competent information. We live our service with great passion and conscientiousness. In the role as a receptionist for the various office buildings, you are our business card. You are the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
Your tasks
- Responsible for welcoming and directing customers to the appropriate departments
- Managing meeting and conference rooms, including service for our customers
- Processing and responding to room reservation requests
- Monitoring security systems and ensuring access for craftsmen and suppliers
- Responsible for cleanliness and order in the reception areas
- Providing information of all kinds in German and English
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the service sector and several years of professional experience in reception, service, and concierge areas (hotel, bank, or airline)
- Ideally, you bring basic banking knowledge
- You present yourself in a friendly and well-groomed manner and have good manners
- The terms warmth, loyalty, and discretion are self-evident to you
- You work independently, bring great flexibility and reliability combined with a high service orientation
- You are proficient in common MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
