You lead our Reiden site with heart, mind, and clarity. You are responsible for all sales areas – internal sales, field sales, and showroom – and ensure smooth daily operations. You take responsibility for results and sustainably advance the site together with your team. Additionally, you promote an open feedback culture, live the values of Woodpecker, and are a role model in daily interactions.
As a member of the extended management, you work on projects group-wide and report directly to the CEO.

What you will move with us
- Overall responsibility for the site
- Management of daily operations and continuous process optimization
- Responsibility for target achievement and economic performance
- Ensuring a professional market presence
- Central contact person for customers, partners, and employees
- Close collaboration with product management, marketing, and purchasing
What you bring:
✔ Experience! You are a sales professional, have relevant sales training, and know what it takes for your team to achieve its goals
✔ Business administration education or training
✔ Experience in a comparable leadership role with result responsibility
✔ Industry knowledge is advantageous; experience in trade (B2B) is essential
✔ Assertiveness, communication skills, and high social competence characterize you
✔ Leadership with attitude: You set priorities, make decisions, and take responsibility – even when it gets uncomfortable. You develop your team daily, recognize potential, and ensure performance and cohesion.
