GENEVA AIRPORT HOST
Viking is hiring a customer service-oriented team player to join our team of Airport Representatives in Geneva for our 2025 season.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
As a Viking Airport Host, you will work in an international environment at the Geneva airport, with the purpose of assisting arriving and departing Viking guests.
ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing excellent customer service to Viking guests travelling to/from the USA, UK and Australia
- Escorting Viking guests between terminals and to/from the transfer motor coaches/minivans.
- Communicating the progress of day-to-day airport transfers to Viking Representatives based at the hotels.
- Assisting in operational issues, such as lost baggage and check-in problems.
- Handling unexpected problems and challenges.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE

- Must possess a valid work permit for Switzerland
WHAT WE OFFER
- We offer a per-diem contract, which means you will be paid per working day, once per month.
- This is an ideal side job for those who like to work a couple of days per week or month.
- The expected workload is approximately 2-8 days per month.
- The season runs May-October 2025.
