Our client is an established retirement home in Switzerland dedicated to the professional care and support of its residents. Qualified Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

- Providing long-term care for residents

- Maintaining nursing documentation using easyDok

- Making confident decisions in emergency situations

- Collaborating within the interdisciplinary nursing team

- Applying the interRAI LTCF assessment

- Ensuring professionally competent care and support

- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF, DN II or AKP

- Professional experience in long-term care required

- High professional and social competence in dealing with residents

- Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility

- Strong team spirit and cooperative collaboration

- Confident decision-making behaviour in emergency situations

- Proficient use of nursing documentation easyDok

- Experience as interRAI LTCF supervisor is an advantage
