We are a vibrant company with 29 locations in the Zurich Oberland area. For over 85 years, we have been delighting our customers daily with high-quality baked goods made from regional ingredients. We produce everything ourselves at our headquarters in Wetzikon: from crispy-fresh bread to finest desserts to exquisite lunch dishes. In our shops and cafés, we constantly surprise with new culinary highlights.
Your tasks:
- You produce pastry goods according to our in-house recipes.
- You make ice cream according to our recipes (physically demanding work).
- You process regional ingredients while adhering to our quality standards (HACCP / FSSC 22000).
- You creatively implement individual customer wishes.
- You ensure cleanliness and quality in the pastry and bakery.
What you bring:
- You have a passion for pastry craftsmanship and enjoy new product ideas.
- You have completed training as a pastry chef or have a comparable qualification? Great!
- You live nearby or are mobile.
- Night shifts and Sunday work are no problem for you.
- Quality and hygiene? Of course for you.
- Your German skills are very good.
