The Swiss Tax Conference (SSK) is the association of the 26 cantonal tax authorities as well as the Federal Tax Administration (ESTV). The IT department of the SSK (SSK IT) is responsible for joint applications and standards in the tax sector, which are used by the cantonal tax administrations and the ESTV.
Within the framework of the SSK presidency by Marina Züger, head of the cantonal tax office Zurich, the core team of SSK IT is administratively based with us.
For the management of the Testing eCH Standards area, we are looking for an experienced, networked, and strategically thinking personality with a high degree of personal responsibility.
In this unique role, you take on the professional and organizational responsibility for the activities of SSK IT in the area of testing and further development of the eCH standards in the tax environment, especially the eTax extract.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for testing the eCH standards, especially the eTax extract, at banks, insurance companies, health insurers, and cantonal tax administrations
- Leading the SSK eTax Extract team, consisting of representatives from the cantons and external partners
- Coordinating the further development of the eCH standards in collaboration with the eCH Taxes working group
- Planning and conducting systematic tests and retests, including the creation of test concepts, master plans, and tools
- Advising and exchanging information with stakeholders such as banks, software manufacturers, and tax administrations
- Monitoring the performance of external suppliers and ensuring quality
- Regular information and reporting to the SSK IT department as well as to internal and external contacts
- Participation in the SSK IT team with the assumption of supporting activities
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or computer science
- Native German speaker, with very good knowledge of French (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1)
- Several years of experience in the IT environment, ideally related to public institutions or standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style – also in home office
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
