Job Description
- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive services to guests
- Ensure with the team the preparation, setup, plating, and sending out of products
- Manage stock and food orders for the service
- Ensure proper rotation, labeling, and storage of food
- Maintain the pastry and equipment in good condition
- Comply with HACCP standards
- Follow instructions given by the direct supervisor
- Manage the workstation independently always under the supervision of a superior
Qualifications
- CAP / BEP Pastry or Professional Baccalaureate in Pastry
- 3 years of significant experience ideally within a brigade
- Organizational skills, responsiveness, and autonomy
- Speed of execution
- Ability to work in a team
- High availability in terms of working hours
