Your Tasks
- Preparation and execution of offer comparisons for optimal patient care
- Support in designing negotiation strategies
- Conducting negotiations with selected suppliers and support until contract conclusion
- Support in developing the procurement strategy for various product groups
- Responsibility for selected product groups including purchasing controlling and coordination of goods receipt accounting accounts
- Accompanying the implementation of purchasing and specialist group resolutions
- Product and supplier streamlining at the group level
- Support of procurement projects
- Processing of purchase requisitions and order release
- Goods receipt bookings in coordination with the specialist departments
- Invoice verification and invoice approvals
- Account assignment of incoming invoices
- Preparation and execution of annual meetings with suppliers
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration or health management
- Knowledge in analyzing and preparing large data sets
- Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in healthcare
- Good product knowledge in information technology desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets and PowerPoint
- Experienced interaction with various people and situations, confident communication skills, and strong persuasiveness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation, high flexibility, and reliability
- Willingness to travel (driver's license class B)
