The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people in need of support attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of them in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with disabilities.
To complement the Salus-Sol team, we are looking for an empathetic, cheerful person starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Specialist in Agogics 80%
Our interdisciplinary team coaches and supports a shared apartment at Salus-Sol for fifteen adults with disabilities. In addition to housing-related topics, this includes the support and design of day-structure offerings. ESB actively engages with the implementation of the UN CRPD and focuses on participation and co-creation in all processes.
This is what you will achieve with us
- Support, guidance, and assistance for people in need of support in the areas of agogics and care
- Coaching and support of the individual life plans of people with disabilities
- Co-design and implementation of leisure activities, day-structure offerings, and shared apartment holidays
- Managing key worker duties including associated administrative tasks
- Internal and cross-disciplinary collaboration in an open-minded organization
What you bring with you
- Training as a care specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the disability sector
- Professional handling of closeness and distance, reflective and responsible working style
- Open-minded and empathetic personality
