Construction Manager / Client Representation Real Estate (all)

• Independent implementation of renovation and new construction projects in all planning and execution phases while safeguarding the owner interests of AEW Energie AG
• Responsibility for operationally relevant office and commercial buildings
• Preparation, execution, and evaluation of tenders
• Leadership and coordination of external partners (project management, architects, specialist planners, general planners, contractors)
• Ensuring economic efficiency, deadlines, and quality requirements
• Responsibility for construction administration including contract management, cost and schedule overviews, invoice verification, and project documentation
• Deputizing the team leader of real estate in selected topics such as budgeting, reporting, conceptual project phases, or sustainability

• Completed advanced vocational training in construction, architecture, construction management, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management, especially in tenders and quality assurance
• Sound knowledge of relevant Swiss construction standards and building acceptance processes
• Knowledge of IVöB procurement processes is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and structured, independent working style
• Assertive personality with high personal responsibility
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Interest in sustainability topics and energy-efficient construction projects
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP or CAFM systems is an advantage
