To complete our customer service team in the Ticino region, we are looking for an independent, reliable, and quality-conscious person to be hired immediately or by agreement as a courier with 80% customer service.

• You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of patient samples and medical devices; you will be supported by modern infrastructure.
• You are in daily contact with our customers (medical practices, hospitals, and other medical institutions) and represent the company's business card.
• You receive customer requests personally and regularly conduct customer interviews.
• You support our sales network with sales promotion measures.
• Comprehensive professional training
• Several years of professional experience in direct contact with customers
• Category B driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience
• Good knowledge of Italian
• Good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Residence in the Ticino region and good knowledge of the area
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
