Head of Hospitality, 100%
For our Residenz Südpark in Basel, we are looking for a Head of Hospitality 100% starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, individualized services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.
Your area of responsibility
- Leadership and budget responsibility for the hospitality area
- Responsibility for the hospitality staff
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the residence
- Responsibility for high-quality gastronomy offers and services
- Development, implementation, and control of internal concepts and processes

You bring with you
- Completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ
- Further education at FA or HF level (hotel management school)
