The Malley-Lumière Shopping Center is reinventing itself as a place of life, experience, and meeting. To support this transformation, we are looking, as part of a newly created position, for a part-time (40%) Marketing & Animation Coordinator.
Your mission? To make the center shine by developing its attractiveness, energizing its spaces, and creating a true community of merchants and visitors.

Your profile:
- Training or confirmed experience in marketing, communication, or event management,
- Experience in retail or shopping centers: a plus,
- Excellent mastery of social networks and digital tools (Meta, CapCut, WordPress, video/photo creation, etc.),
- A taste for innovation, creativity, and event organization,
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite a community,
- Good writing skills,
- Autonomy, practical sense, and initiative spirit.

Your main responsibilities:
- Marketing and digital management:
- Animate the website, social networks, and targeted advertising campaigns,
- Create attractive content (visuals, photos, videos, flyers) in collaboration with the SPG marketing team,
- Develop the interactive digital platform (advertisements, loyalty, contests, notifications) in collaboration with the SPG marketing team,
- Manage and monitor a marketing budget,
- Collect sales figures from stores, establish statistics, and monitor foot traffic,
- Maintain relationships with other shopping centers in the region (exchange ideas, send and receive sales statistics, etc.).
- Animation & energizing the center:
- Design and coordinate events (pop-up stores, workshops, immersive, sports, creative animations),
- Set up thematic decorations and seasonal actions,
- Implement communication actions (posters, radios, social networks, sponsorship, etc.),
- Organize contests, promotional offers, and gift cards.
- Creation of a Malley-Lumière community:
- Unite merchants around common initiatives (afterworks, breakfasts, merchants' committee/association),
- Maintain constant dialogue with tenants to highlight their needs and initiatives,
- Develop local collaborations with influencers and regional actors.
