Polymechanic - Setter

• Participation in the ongoing production process in the deep drawing area
• Carrying out quality checks during production
• Support in setting up and adjusting deep drawing machines as well as milling and punching systems
• Participation in the introduction and start-up of new products
• Support in the analysis of machines, production processes, and products
• Gradual assumption of tasks in the area of machine setup
• Prospect of taking on further areas of responsibility (e.g., coordination of orders)

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic) or practical experience in a production company
• Strong technical and mechanical understanding as well as interest in machines
• Motivation to learn about setting up and adjusting production equipment
• Independent working style and high sense of responsibility
• Interest in production processes as well as IT-supported systems
• Good German skills, both spoken and written
