- Leadership and development of the OR positioning team: You support, advise, and qualify around 16 employees and ensure competent personnel deployment
- Organization and quality assurance in OR operations: You are responsible for care, work, and process quality and ensure smooth workflows in the ongoing OR routine
- Professional leadership in complex positioning situations: You take over the professional control in demanding OR positioning and maintain active communication with the OR department management
- Operational and resource responsibility: You take care of infrastructure, materials, and inventory and actively participate in OR and shift operations
