Your skills
- You have a university of applied sciences or university degree as a civil engineer or in a construction-related field
- You quickly recognize connections, analyze in a structured way, and find pragmatic solutions
- You have a flair for digital topics, can explain complex issues understandably, and articulate clearly
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and promote open, structured collaboration
- Empathetic and confident demeanor is a matter of course for you
