Telecommunications Project Manager (m/f/d)

Circet is Europe's leading provider of technical services around telecommunications. We plan, design, implement, and manage fiber optic and mobile networks throughout the entire lifecycle. Circet has been active in Switzerland since 2020 and aims to take a leading position in the Swiss telecommunications infrastructure market.

For the development and expansion of our company in the German-speaking region of Switzerland, we are looking for a competent and experienced individual as

 Telecommunications Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You develop, accompany, and supervise the telecommunications projects assigned to you from planning to implementation.

• In addition to project management, you also take on team leadership. You support recruitment and ensure the training and safety of your team.

• You ensure that our subcontractors work efficiently, deliver high-quality services, and comply with all requirements and safety instructions.

• You are responsible for adhering to all project specifications such as schedules, budgets, and procurement and communicate adjustments to the responsible regional manager.

• You monitor contracts and construction plans, ensure their approval, and make sure they are correctly implemented during realization.

• You bear responsibility for safety, quality, and the environment within the scope of telecommunications projects.

What we expect

• You bring solid know-how and technical understanding of the Swiss telecommunications infrastructure market.

• In addition, you have several years of professional experience and relevant further training.

• With your leadership experience, you know how to lead teams performance-oriented, motivate them, and continuously develop them.

• You possess professional and practical knowledge in areas such as construction project procedures, standards and specifications of network technology, as well as various project management, planning, and design tools.

• You have good communication skills to build lasting networks and strengthen relationships with partners.

• A positive can-do mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset complete your profile.

• You enjoy working in a team and bring a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory; French and English are advantageous.

• Work regions: Aargau, Bern, Zurich Oberland and/or Eastern Switzerland (desired region can be specified in the application).
