Are you a personality who likes to think ahead, plan in advance, and make confident decisions even when things need to move quickly? In this versatile assistant role, you will work closely with the department head, help shape processes, and make an important contribution to a modern, effective administration.
Your tasks
- You competently relieve the department head in all administrative and organizational matters (calendar management, emails, meeting organization, minutes, etc.).
- You handle the personnel administration of the department (including time management, changes, evaluations) in close cooperation with the personnel department.
- You ensure sustainable documentation of business processes, train employees, and are the first point of contact for application questions regarding the business management software CMI.
- You also contribute your experience to leading or participating in projects to optimize and digitize internal administrative processes.
- If interested, you also take responsibility for the training of apprentices.
Your profile
- Commercial basic education or comparable training (e.g., BSc Business Administration) with appropriate further education (e.g., executive assistance, labor law)
- Several years of experience in an assistant role or a comparable administrative hub function
- Interest in socio-political issues
- Structured, independent, and discreet working style with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards different stakeholders
