Social Worker 50 - 60% (m/f/d)
Caritas Solothurn operates on behalf of church communities in the canton of Solothurn Ecumenical Church Social Counseling (ÖSB).
We are looking for a committed social worker for our new location in the lower part of the canton.
Your tasks
- Voluntary and low-threshold social counseling
- Qualified triage to specific specialist offices
- Representation of the position externally
- Public relations and awareness work
- Networking with partner organizations in the region
Your profile
- University of applied sciences degree in social work or equivalent qualification
- Very good German skills. Oral and written foreign language skills are a plus.
- Experience in counseling
- High intercultural competence
- Good knowledge of the social system in the canton of Solothurn
- You belong to a national church
You are proactive, communicative, and able to juggle various tasks and set priorities accordingly. You bring negotiation skills as well as openness and interest in working in a church environment.
