Specialist Benefit Service BVG 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Comprehensive processing and handling of benefit cases in case of incapacity to work, disability and death
• Coordination/triage point to involved partners in benefit case management
• Setting up pension payments and contribution exemptions
• Checking and monitoring of settlements and claims from and against reinsurances
• Advising insured persons and pensioners on their benefit entitlements
• Information and correspondence with insured persons, employers, HR departments and brokers
• Participation in projects

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, further education in the field of occupational benefits, social insurance or comparable
• Several years of experience in the benefits area of a pension institution or social insurance
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel),
  experience with SP6 is an advantage
• Strong service orientation as well as independent and precise working style
• Fluent German and communicative, foreign languages are an advantage
