Located on the idyllic shore of Lake Biel, Camping Erlach is a retreat for those seeking peace, nature lovers, and adventurers alike. To offer our guests unforgettable moments in this special environment, we are looking for dedicated people who want to passionately become part of our team. Together, we create a place full of encounters, experiences, and warmth – day by day, in the heart of nature.
In this exciting challenge, you will pamper our guests with freshly prepared, regional, and seasonal delicacies. You will be supported by a team of about three people. Besides the brasserie, you will also be responsible for the "Strand-Chuchi" with an additional four to six employees. You know classic cuisine and are skilled at reinterpreting and refining it. For the upcoming season from April 2026 to October 2026 we are looking for you for a workload between 70-100%. The start date and workload can be arranged flexibly. You inspire us with your ideas!
- successfully completed training as a head chef FA or cook EFZ
- solid several years of professional experience as head chef or sous-chef
- openness to new food concepts
- excellent organizational skills and resilience
- experience in price calculations and conducting inventories
- personal responsibility in handling cleanliness and hygiene standards
- besides very good German, you speak English, with any additional language being a plus
