Job Profile Summary

Contributes to ensuring a safe work environment compliant with company guidelines, guaranteeing the achievement of production targets during the shift. Supports Production Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities, providing technical assistance to operators in assembly and packaging areas.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervises and ensures compliance with safety directives and ABB code of conduct during own shift
• Supports the Production Supervisor / Logistic Supervisor to ensure proper execution of production activities
• Technical support for operators (Assembly, Packaging) during daily operations
• Point of contact for on-the-job training of production staff
• First level contact for operational issues to be reported to the relevant production supervisor
• Active participation in Level 1 Q Circles: proactively collects technical and quality issues and shares/reports them to the relevant supervisor

• Implements and ensures compliance with ABB's code of conduct, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area

• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their area of responsibility and ensures alignment

Professional Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in coordination roles
• Experience in electromechanical field
• Previous experience in team coordination roles will be considered a plus

Education

• Vocational school diploma or equivalent
