Health Specialist EFZ 70 - 100%

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Daily responsibility in your department. 
• Professional relationship building in everyday care.
• Intra- and interprofessional communication.
• Contact person for relatives, residents, doctors, employees, pharmacy
• Support of the department management in implementing quality tasks.
• Carrying out treatment and basic care.
• Shaping the care process together with the department management.
• Participation in the training of apprentices

You bring:

• Professional experience ideally in long-term care
• Responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor
• High self- and social competence 
• A strong service mentality
• Good PC user skills and handling of electronic work tools 
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form 
• Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
