Health Specialist EFZ 70 - 100%
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Daily responsibility in your department.
- Professional relationship building in everyday care.
- Intra- and interprofessional communication.
- Contact person for relatives, residents, doctors, employees, pharmacy
- Support of the department management in implementing quality tasks.
- Carrying out treatment and basic care.
- Shaping the care process together with the department management.
- Participation in the training of apprentices
You bring:
- Professional experience ideally in long-term care
- Responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor
- High self- and social competence
- A strong service mentality
- Good PC user skills and handling of electronic work tools
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
