System Engineer /-in 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibility

• You are responsible in a team for 1st-3rd level support and handle requests received via our ticket system.
• You ensure smooth operation through proactive system maintenance, monitoring (PRTG), servicing, as well as well-thought-out upgrade and update strategies.
• Within the team, you ensure the operation, maintenance, and further development of our hybrid IT landscape (servers, network, cloud, workplace).
• You create and maintain internal IT documentation.
• You contribute to the implementation of IT security and compliance policies.
• You coordinate external service providers and monitor the quality of the services provided.

Your Advantages

• Solid IT education (computer scientist FH, HF, federal diploma, EFZ or equivalent education)
• Strong customer and service orientation, high innovative power, and a passion for good product quality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud services such as Office365, Intune, Defender is desired
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with users and solving their IT problems
• Independent working style, solution orientation, and team spirit
  
• Language skills: fluent German in spoken and written, English is an advantage
