Electronics Technician (Team Leader Process Engineering)

• Optimization of manufacturing technologies and processes (focus on information & material flow)
• Provision of the plant equipment for new vehicle projects
• Project management for plant acquisitions (from development through procurement to production handover)
• Preparation of investment proposals
• Management of the maintenance & production engineering team of the aluminum locksmith shop
• Supervision of interns and diploma students for, e.g., specific plant projects
• Ensuring production capability to avoid failures (maintenance concept)
• Maintaining contacts with suppliers

• Successfully completed technical vocational training EFZ (e.g., construction, mechanics, electrical, etc.)
• Successfully completed further education in the technical/business management field (FH / HF / University)
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment (preferably from a metalworking welding company)
• Ideally, initial leadership experience in a comparable job is already present
• Assertive and innovative practitioner who can work well with people
• Experience in lean management is an advantage
