Job Description:

As the person responsible for the project management area, you bring great commitment and passion for architecture. With your experience, you support the project managers at the Basel location and ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective order and project execution. You consider transparency, know-how transfer, and the training and further education of your team as a matter of course.

As a member of the site management, you are responsible – in team responsibility – for the strategic and operational management of the Basel location, according to the goals set by the management. You ensure the economic success and sustainable development of your business area in financial, structural, personnel, professional, and cultural terms. As a business partner, you are convincing, a strong negotiator with high goal orientation and closing strength.

We wish for:

• Completed architecture degree and ideally a business management further education
• Solid experience in similar positions (min. 5 years)
• Experience in project and personnel management
• Structured and methodical working style as well as business-oriented, service-oriented thinking and acting
• Solid knowledge of Swiss contract law and applicable standards and guidelines
• High communication skills, assertiveness, negotiation security
• Fluent German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
