For the establishment of a dementia team in Länggasse, we are looking for:

This is your field of activity
- Co-design and development of a specialized dementia team
- Comprehensive and professional care and support of clients with dementia and their relatives in the home environment
- Promotion of person-centered and appreciative communication with people with dementia
- Collaboration/coordination with the network of clients with dementia
