You lead an innovative and service-oriented team that manages service contracts with satisfied customers and continuously expands the customer base. In addition, you take on administrative tasks in daily business.
Your area of responsibility
- Leading the team with about 25% of your time
- Responsible for
- Consulting and selling service contracts
- Customer support administratively and processing contract changes with system maintenance - Creating offers and invoices, processing inquiries, and managing outstanding payments with about 70% of your time
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to process optimization
Your profile
- Professional and leadership experience in the internal service of a technical or production company
- Successfully completed commercial basic training, further education in business administration and/or sales desired
- Native German speaker with good French skills, Italian skills an advantage
- With your structured way of working, you plan and organize ahead, like to set priorities, and are resilient
- Thanks to your strong social skills and leadership qualities, you successfully lead your team
- You are a self-initiated, communicative, and prudent negotiation partner, enjoy being in a service provider role, and bring quick comprehension as well as an affinity for numbers
