Administrative Manager

The Electricity Distribution Department builds, maintains, and operates the electrical distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting.
Following a retirement, we are looking for our future colleague for a permanent position.
Mission:
- Provide effective administrative support to the department management, including organizing meetings (agendas, minutes, etc.)
- Manage all administrative tasks such as correspondence, telephone duties, meeting logistics, orders, and preparation of various materials
- Monitor and invoice contracts and services in coordination with the relevant entities, applying Dynamics 365 standards for management, entry, and invoicing of services
- Apply standardized procedures and manage the physical and digital archiving of management documents
Profile:
- Commercial training with professional maturity or equivalent experience
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Regular use of Microsoft tools, especially Word and Excel; knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Organized, autonomous personality, with good interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and strong planning and synthesis abilities.
