Job description
Mission
The HES Facilitator responsible for the department manages a team of 6 qualified and certified facilitators (ASE), including 2 apprentices and interns.
He is also responsible for the administrative and financial organization of the Animation department.
He plans, organizes, supervises, and conducts manual, physical, and mental activities in line with the desires and support needs, respecting rights and duties by applying established procedures.
Main activities
Organize, manage, plan activities and ensure they are updated and that the institutional philosophy is applied.
Organize the administrative and financial aspects of the department according to current procedures and budgets.
Recruit, plan staff in collaboration with the HR department, and conduct employee evaluations.
Carry out and participate in individual and group activities consistent with the institution's project.
Develop a relationship with Residents to facilitate exchanges and appreciate the proposed activities.
Collaborate and contribute to the development of Resident support projects.
Carry out, observe, and collaborate on various procedures to apply the quality approach.
Profile sought
Training
Diploma in sociocultural facilitation (HETS or equivalent school)
Management training
Trainer practitioner training
Desired profile
Minimum 5 years experience in a nursing home in Switzerland
Knowledge of age-related support needs
Experience in pedagogy and management
Ease and mastery in human relations within a nursing home environment
Budget preparation and monitoring
Administrative and writing skills
Skill in manual work
Mastery of the computerized Resident file (Carefolio – SIEMS) and IT tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint
