Senior Employee Alternative Investments These tasks await you
Start your future at the 1741 Group You will have the opportunity to support our Alternatives team in the company-wide management of funds with alternative investments (e.g. Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Debt, Hedge Funds). We are an internationally oriented financial services group with over 80 employees that provides a wide range of services in the structuring of investment funds, fund administration, and risk management. The companies belonging to the group are active in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg. Our rapidly growing company is independent and 100% owned by management.
- Preparation of the NAVs of our alternative funds
- Independent execution of purchase and sales processes, due diligence and KYC, as well as handling capital calls and distributions
- Independent evaluation of alternative investments
- Dynamic team: You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines on different projects
- Independent work: You will take on responsibility with us. We provide you with the necessary framework and security for this
- Assistance in the analysis of business transactions and calculation of net asset values
- Assistance in preparing annual and semi-annual financial statements and fund reports
- Onboarding and structuring of new products

What you should bring
- Completed business or finance degree
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Practical experience in the valuation and management of alternative investments
