As a leading digital platform, Terravis sets standards in cross-domain digital processing of real estate transactions and connects the financial industry, notary and land registry offices for secure, efficient and legally compliant real estate processes.

These are your tasks

Representation of Terravis towards land registry offices, notary associations, authorities as well as banks and other internal and external stakeholders.
Building and maintaining a broadly based network with authorities, associations and institutions.
Monitoring political and regulatory developments, professional assessment of their relevance for Terravis as well as deriving, planning and implementing corresponding strategies and measures.
Active leadership and co-shaping of the further development of Terravis by contributing sound expertise and practical experience from the land registry/notary sector.

What you bring with you

Legal education
In-depth knowledge of the nationwide land registry system and solid knowledge of the notary system, complemented by a very broad, "supra"-cantonal networking in offices and politics; experience in cross-cantonal committees or projects is a great plus.
Progressive, future-oriented attitude and high digital affinity, combined with joy in actively shaping and driving digitalization initiatives.
Broad leadership experience as well as a modern, future-oriented leadership style that enables employees to actively shape change.

Good knowledge of French
