Your Tasks
- Support and development of existing affluent private clients
- Systematic exploration of customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations, if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
- Building trust and securing assets during generational change
- Proactive sales of standardized products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pension, and payment transactions
- Fulfilling demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
- Participation in internal projects
- Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in the areas of financing, investing, or pension provision
Your Profile
- Banking education (or equivalent training) as well as appropriate further education (HF, FH, etc.)
- Solid experience in serving affluent private clients and very good financing knowledge
- Team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth goals
- Empathy, authenticity, and emotional intelligence for an emotional customer experience in all life situations
- Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
- Openness and willingness to change
