Residential Home Solothurn
Your Tasks
- Supporting the 72 residents with a colleague during the night from 8:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Administration of night, morning, and emergency medications according to prescription
- Intervention in crisis and emergency situations
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy, social work, or nursing education (HF or FH) or training as a nurse, health specialist (FaGe)
- Experience working with people with mental impairments
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
