To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Facility Technician with a focus on Electrical Engineering (Facility Technician)
As a Facility Technician, you play a central role in ensuring the trouble-free operation of our production site in Murten. You ensure the functional safety and reliability of all electrical systems – both inside the buildings and across the entire company premises. With your expertise, you make an important contribution to the safety, efficiency, and innovative capability of our technical environment. A responsible task at the interface between modern technology and practical know-how.
Your tasks:
- Maintenance & Servicing: Supervision and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Project participation: Support in planning, implementation, and optimization of electrical installations
- Documentation: Creation and maintenance of circuit diagrams, system labeling and technical documents
- Material management: Organization, ordering, and inventory management of spare and consumable materials
- System maintenance: Programming and troubleshooting of telephone systems and KNX lighting controls
- Network technology: Installation and maintenance of LAN cabling
- Safety-relevant systems: Supervision and maintenance of the fire alarm system
- General building services: Minor repairs, support with internal moves and disposal work
- Ensuring order and safety throughout the building and outdoor areas
- On-call service: Willingness to intervene in case of malfunctions outside regular working hours
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Assembly Electrician EFZ or equivalent qualification e.g. Assembly Electrician EFZ; Automation Assembler EFZ; Automation Technician EFZ; Mechatronics Technician EFZ; Network Electrician EFZ
- Knowledge of NIBT regulations
- OIBT Art. 13 permit or corresponding permit eligibility mandatory
- Good spoken German skills, French/English an advantage
